By using my website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use my website or services.

2. Services Provided

I offer creative services, including but not limited to graphic design, photography, art creation, etc. All services are provided subject to availability and my acceptance of your order.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services is required as specified in the service agreement or invoice. I accept credit cards, business checks, and Venmo. Full payment must be made before the delivery of any final work product unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your order for services within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, provided work has not yet commenced. If work has already begun, I reserve the right to charge for the work completed up to the point of cancellation.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All creative work, including designs, images, and content, created by me for you are protected by copyright laws. Upon full payment, I grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final work for its intended purpose. I retain the right to use the work for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

I strive to provide high-quality services. However, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of my services or website. My total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of my services or website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to me. Please review my Privacy Policy to understand how I collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the website and services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Tennessee, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of my services shall be resolved in the courts of Tennessee, United States.

10. Print Shop Products and Third-Party Services

I offer a variety of products, including my personal art and photography prints, as well as printed t-shirts, reusable drinkware, totes, and other eco-friendly goods. Some of these products are fulfilled by a third-party print-on-demand service provider.

Third-Party Products:
Products such as printed t-shirts, reusable drinkware, totes, and other eco-friendly goods are fulfilled and shipped directly by a third-party print-on-demand service provider. By purchasing these products, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Fulfillment and Shipping: The third-party provider is responsible for the fulfillment, shipping, and delivery of these products. I do not control the production or shipping timelines, and therefore, cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

  • Product Quality: While I strive to partner with reputable third-party providers, I do not assume any liability for the quality or condition of products fulfilled by third parties. Any issues related to product defects, quality, or fulfillment must be addressed with the third-party provider directly.

  • Returns and Exchanges: Return and exchange policies for third-party products may differ from those for my personal art and photography prints. Please refer to the specific return and exchange policy provided by the third-party service provider, Printful. I am not responsible for processing returns or exchanges for products fulfilled by third-party providers.

11. Personal Art and Photography Prints

All personal art and photography prints are created and fulfilled directly by me.

Quality Assurance:
I am committed to delivering high-quality prints that accurately represent my creative vision. If you have any concerns about the quality of a print you receive, please contact me directly within 7-10 days of receiving your order.

Returns and Refunds:
Due to the custom nature of my art and photography prints, all sales are final. I do not offer refunds or exchanges for prints unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective print, please contact me immediately with photos of the damage or defect, and I will arrange for a replacement. However, please keep in mind the Polaroid® emulsion lifts are one-of-a-kind and irreplaceable.

12. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing Times:
    Personal art and photography prints are typically processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Products fulfilled by third-party providers may have different processing times, which will be indicated at the time of purchase.

  • Shipping Costs:
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on the destination and product selected. For third-party products, shipping rates and policies are determined by the third-party provider.

  • International Shipping:
    I offer international shipping for both personal prints and third-party products. However, please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

13. Product Availability and Pricing

  • Availability:
    All products, whether personal prints or third-party goods are subject to availability. I reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services I offer. I also reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

  • Pricing:
    Prices for my personal art and photography prints, as well as third-party products, are subject to change without notice. I strive to ensure that all pricing information on the website is accurate, but I cannot guarantee that it is free of errors. In the event of a pricing error, I reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.
